How do I find my account and customer number?
Your account and customer numbers can be found in the blue bar at the top of your paper bill, in the body of your billing email, or in your AquaHawk account.
If I use my bank's bill pay service to pay my bill, what address should my payment go to?
To pay your bill through your bank's bill pay service, make sure your bank references your account number followed by your customer number with no spaces or dashes, and check that the payment is sent to:
