How do I find my account and customer number?
Your account and customer numbers can be found in the blue bar at the top of your paper bill, in the body of your billing email, or in your AquaHawk account.
Will this new online payment portal affect autopay?
If you have already enrolled in autopay, your preference has been automatically rolled over to the new billing system. If you would like to enroll in autopay for the first time, create an account through this portal or call (925) 828-8524.
Can Dublin San Ramon Services District customers still use AquaHawk?
AquaHawk has not been affected by the change to a new payment portal. Customers are still encouraged to create an AquaHawk account to see their home's water usage hour-by-hour.
Do I have to pay my bill through this portal?
No, customers can also pay their bills by mail, over the phone, or in person. Visit our Payment Options webpage for details.
If I use my bank's bill pay service to pay my bill, what address should my payment go to?
To pay your bill through your bank's bill pay service, make sure your bank references your account number followed by your customer number with no spaces or dashes, and check that the payment is sent to:
